What seems consistent with all sentiments shared in this clip is that regardless of the decision being made, it's based on detailed awareness and knowledge of exactly where they're sitting in relation to their profits as well as their competition. Tom O'Toole also gives some good feedback on their decision to move more budget away from other mediums, specifically to search advertising, citing both ROI and visibility as the two largest influencers in that decision.
